Why don't they consider building a state of the art venue at the location they were going to use for the proposed a&m site at the end of Mockingbird & 463 ?
I would normally agree, but at the same time I am not opposed to renovation of existing site if cost becomes a major factor. It also could be part of some type of renewal of that side of time. Many cities have major facilities on opposite sides of town to try to rejuvinate those places. What is disturbing is the lack of reality that our mayor lives in.

Please build this somewhere else. Don't dump our tax money in such an unattractive side of town. It's on an awful side of town. Nobody ever goes down there and it's not like we want our visitors driving down there with all the unsightly buildings and business that litter that side of town.
