Windy Wednesday prompts red flag warning
A red flag warning is in effect from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. for much of the Crossroads, according to the National Weather Service.
A high fire danger is expected. Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly resulting in substantial resistance to control efforts, according to the NWS.
