Sara Sneath | Environmental Reporter
Sara hails from the Midwest. Despite five years traveling the globe as a U.S. Marine, she still insists on using the word "pop" to describe carbonated beverages. She used her Post-9/11 GI Bill to earn a B.S. in journalism and a B.A. in sociology from the University of Kansas. As the environmental reporter for the Victoria Advocate, Sara writes about oil, gas, water and coastal issues in the Crossroads. On her off time, she enjoys complaining about the Texas heat while drinking a cold Shiner White Wing and posting pictures of her dog to Instagram.
