My heart goes out to the family. Losing a child is unimaginable.
I don't want to sound harsh, but there are so many unanswered questions. I live in the neighborhood and I can't understand how little Kyler even made it that far from his house in just a tshirt and underwear. There is too much brush and weesatche. Cars are always up and down the road. Someone saw or heard something. No one heard ANYTHING? No screams, no dogs barking uncontrollably. The first time Kyler would have stepped on a sticker or something he would have screamed.
Then to find out this site was under investagation for homicide and CPS has been involved for "supervision" issues. There are a lot of pieces missing here and someone needs to speak up. A little boy lost his life. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I do not agree with banning a certain breed. However there needs to be guidelines put in place so this doesn't happen. It's not the breed; they are trained to attack. And that goes for any animal.

This is the second accident this week where the at-fault driver did not receive a citation. What is really going on?

I have been wondering the same thing!!!!! How can you not issue a ticket for causing an accident?

What is up with no freaking citaions given when accidents occur? It seems like one out of every five or six may receive a citation. Accidents happen because someone did something "wrong". They should be given a citation. Now wonder why people drive like maniacs because they know if they have an accident in Victoria they won't get a citation. Come on VPD. Get your paper and pens out and start doing what your supposed to do. Give citations to those who break laws!!!!!!!!

TSK- put yourself in the shoes of someone that has been injuried or killed from someone that has ran a red light. You will probably change your view on this issue. And that goes for everyone that thinks they should be removed. They are there for a reason!!.

Pay your freaking ticket and quit crying. You ran a red light and got caught. Man up and take care of it. The guy who keeps stirring this up needs to grow up. You are not the only one that has been "busted". Be thankful you didn't cause a serious accident!!

I am glad everyone is ok.
But how can so many people live in such a small place?

They live in their RV because it all they can afford probably. Now you want to fine them for not being able to live a regular house. If that's the case, fine the people who live in old run down mobile homes too. Victoria must need extra money to pay a debt.

It sickens me that so many of you say this is a bad idea. This stuff goes on in churches, at school, it's all over the internet. It's up to the adults (parents) to make the choice not to have your family at the shop. Go take a look at what she has to offer. Or are you scared at "who" you may see there. We are in 2011, get over it. You might as well ask the city to close all the other video shops and DnD Novelties. As well stop allowing the SPIRIT Halloween store to locate here. Get your families/kids involved in some after school and outside activities and you won't even notice the place.
