In another installment of unusual zombie-like news, on Tuesday, a New Jersey man stabbed himself and proceeded to throw his intestines at the police.
The North New Jersey News is reporting that Wayne Carter, 43, called law enforcement to tell them he was going to hurt himself.
Upon law enforcement’s arrival, Carter was in the corner of a room with a knife in his hand when he stood up and began yelling at the police while stabbing himself.
Carter, whose intestines were protruding from a wound in his abdomen, allegedly threw some of his skin and intestines at officers as they tried to enter the room, according to the news report.
Officers sprayed two cans of pepper spray at Carter without any effect.
He remains in critical condition, according to police.
This attack came just days after Alexander Kinyua, a 21-year-old Morgan State University student, admitted to murdering his college roommate, Kujoe Bonsafo Agyei-Kodie, who was reported missing last Friday.
Kinyua's father called police late Tuesday night when Kinyua's brother reportedly found human remains -- a head and two hands -- in a metal tin in the basement, according to the Huffington Post.
The brother and father left the room for a short time, but when they came back, the body parts had been moved and Kinyua was washing out the tin, the paper reported.
There appears to be a bombardment of odd news over the past week.
What’s really going on?
Could bath salts or some other type of drug be to blame?
One last thing. Did you know the federal government issued a Zombie Preparedness plan last year.
Do they know something we don't know? Hmm. Access it here.
